This series just gets better.
I loved the world building and characters.
It is kind of a Little Mermaid retailing with a twist.
I could not stop reading them.

I recommend reading Scales first to understand the back story to this book.
With that said I loved the world building and characters.
It is kind of a Little Mermaid retailing with a twist.
I jumped right into the next book and then the next.

Short story basically it was the same as "Caught in the Current" from the Sirens and Scales box set, except it was from Verona's POV.
I kind of like this one better then Caught in the Current.

With all of the adventure,action, suspense, danger, twists and turns, family relations, romance, passion and love, this story does not disappoint.
It does have a lot of grammar errors but the story was very good.

The romance was handled well, was more on the emotions of the characters then sex.
Plenty of action, excitement,and deception.
Not to mention funny.

I loved the first book
and had to read the second to see what happened next.
I have to say it took a turn I was not expecting
but I still loved it.
Now I have a love / hate for Lucifer.

Re Read before reading the second book....
Just as good the second time.

I never thought that I would like Lucifer.
Lucifer is usually a character you hate,
but this book makes you love him.
I loved the romance between Lucifer and Gabriel.
There was all kinds of chemistry flowing from start to finish.
The trials and hardships both of them have to endure pulled you in
and made you want more.
I can not wait to read the second book.
